REFUND POLICY E-LEARNING COURSES COVID 19

 

 

Since our Website offers digital, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased if your personal code has been issued and personally assigned to you, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Please note that even if bought through our store, All e-Learning Crewpacks and courses course application (without instructor’s sessions) are being issued by PADI®third party.

– If you chose to book directly on our affiliate page please contact them first for any difficulty you may encounter or email us so that we may liaise with them in case you could not get help from them sending us a print screen of your communication to them.

– For all additional stand alone sessions with one of our instructor, refunds will be provided only if cancellation is done at least 24 hours before the event with a retained fee of 6%.

Any personal session with one of our instructors must be booked through blues diving Ltd and its site and not directly with the instructor. Such practices will have a direct incidence on the company and its employees and blues diving cannot be held responsible in the event of any dispute concerning a certification or a session. In this case our conditions cannot apply.
