General Terms & Conditions of Sale
Booking • Payment • Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
• Online bookings made via MobiPaid require a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total booking value, payable in EUR.
• The deposit secures the reservation and will be deducted from the total amount due.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the activity commences.
• No activity will be provided without full payment.

3. Medical Cancellation

A valid medical certificate must be provided.

BLUES DIVING may offer, at its discretion:

• a rescheduled activity;
• a credit; or
• a partial refund.

The 25% booking deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by BLUES DIVING

If BLUES DIVING cancels an activity due to weather, sea conditions, safety or operational reasons, the client will be offered:

• a rescheduled activity; or
• a full refund, including the booking deposit, if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Personal circumstances, transport delays, missed flights, illness (except Section 3), or other events beyond the control of BLUES DIVING do not entitle the client to a refund.

6. MSDA Fee

Where applicable, the mandatory MSDA fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

7. Acceptance

By making a reservation, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
