Terms of Use and Refund Policy in Case of Dive Cancellation 

  1. Purpose 

These terms of use and refund policy for dive cancellations are reserved through our Center. They apply to all clients who have confirmed a reservation. 

  1. Payment and Booking 

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm any diving activity. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the activity. No service will be provided without full prior payment. 

  1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email, electronic message, or WhatsApp message to our business account) and acknowledged as received. 

  • Cancellation 48 hours before the scheduled start time: Full refund or rescheduling of the dive, subject to availability. 
  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% refund of the amount paid or option to reschedule. 
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: No refund or rescheduling possible. 
  1. Exceptions – Medical Cases 

In case of cancellation for medical reasons (with a valid medical certificate), the client may receive a rescheduled dive or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. Introductory sessions not completed cannot be refunded if the pool has taken place.

  1. No-Show Policy, 

Any client who fails to show up at the agreed time for their dive without prior notice will not be entitled to any refund or rescheduling. 

  1. Weather Conditions and Other Causes Beyond the Center’s Control

Weather conditions or any other causes beyond the centre’s control (transport delays, personal unforeseen events, etc.) do not entitle the client to a refund, unless the dive is cancelled by the centre itself and cannot be rescheduled. 

  1. Changes or Cancellations by the Center 

The dive centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a dive due to hazardous weather conditions or for safety reasons. In such cases, a rescheduled dive or a full refund will be offered. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms 

By booking a dive, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms use and refund policy. 

9.MSDA

The MSDA should be paid along with the 50% down payment during the reservation. However there will not be any refund regarding the MSDA during any cancellation.
